haha hi people.. recently had been very busy with my cca..SJAB.Its very werid due to i'm the I/C which is also the leader.I have to memorise 100 over pages of things and do and shout command...Now i find it hard for me to control my team...i seriously dunno where the problem lies...They expect me to know them well but i do not know..Really...i did not make a mistake in today's last case study..the one on sgt esther having a Shin fracture,sgt karen having a chemical burn&abit hysterica.Yes..well its not my fault..in case u are told than do la..why bordering to say omg omg i dunno how do i dunno how do..it does not even helps la.Each case its just like a challenge to You...given it,just do.Don't know..just ask.No Wrong in asking a question,its not even compeition.Any thing to clarify..just ask.Just do you job and do it to your best each time you have a case..no time to joke nor play around la...I just cannot stan it when it is suppose to be serious and u laugh..i dun find any funny thing la...you are there to save people not there to listien to their jokes la...And i hate to quarral with you la....i serious-ly thinking of the suggestion they give to me..talk to you guys personaly...yes i would love that..but dunno if it is posible.But i find it hard....is it my stress?i dunno.For me i'm just trying to be the best leader i could be...i never thought people would think something else...i was shock...i never thought they would think it that way...why..and how the hell i improve?she hate me than say no need say bad things behind my back...tell me straight how u feel about me...please its my last time begging u.
